Our Goji Berries are sun-dried and can be eaten as is or soaked in water, which rehydrates them. 

 


 

Nicky's Goji Shake

3 bananas
A handful of Goji Berries pre-soaked in water for 5 minutes
Water – as much as desired
 
Blend, drink and feel faaantastic!

 


 

Very Merry Goji Bar

1 cup of your favorite nuts
1 cup grated coconut
1 cup Gojis pre-soaked in water for 5 minutes
3/4 cup dates pre-soaked in water for 5 minutes

First grind the nuts in a food processor and  then add the rest of the ingredients. Process to desired consistency and shape into rectangles or balls. A wonderful and super nutritious snack for kids to take to school.



 Goji Treats

1 cup Gojis pre-soaked in water for 5 minutes
1/2 cup carob / cocoa powder
2 tbls honey / maple syrup / agave syrup
4 tbls coconut oil (
pinch of Atlantic sea salt / Himalayan pink salt
 
Mix everything together  in a bowl. Place spoonfuls on a tray. Refrigerate for 15 minutes and then go to Goji heaven!


 Mac-Goji Mix

1/2 cup Gojis
1/2 cup macadamia nuts

 Simply mix together and enjoy! An ideal snack for anyone, anywhere. Caution: this is addictive stuff!


 
Goji Berry Balls

1 cup dates
1 cup Gojis
1 cup carob / cocoa powder
1 cup almonds
 
Grind the nuts, Gojis and carob powder in a food processor and then add the dates. Process to desired consistency (it's delish when there are still little chunks inside). Call the kids and start rolling! Refrigerate and serve.

 


 

 Goji Berry Boats
Celery sticks
Almond butter / tahini or your favorite nut/seed butter
Gojis
 
Fill the celery sticks with almond butter and sprinkle Gojis on top.
